JUST A LITTLE TIMELINE ABOUT HOW IT ALL WORKS.
This little guide below will make it as easy as 1, 2, 3 (and 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8!) to find your perfect wedding gown and get you down the aisle in style. From finding the perfect dress, to coordinating your alterations, putting on the finishing touches, and saying “I do” in the way that you always dreamed – we’ll be here every step of the way.
You're Engaged!
In order to provide you with the best service and to help you find the wedding look of your dreams, we are by appointment only! Give us a call or use the links found throughout the website to set your appointment and pay the fee online!
Appointment Day.
Choose to come solo or to bring up to 4 of your favorite people to help you say yes to your dress. Your consultant will be there to help find a gown that perfectly aligns with your vision and guide you through our process.
Let's Make it Official!
We will take careful measurements to determine the closest size for an ideal fit. Our samples range from a size 8-26, and gowns are available to order from size 0 to 32! After placing your order, it will take 4-6 months for your gown to arrive.
It's Here!
Once your gown arrives, we ask that you come back in to the store to inspect your dress and pick it up. (Cue the confetti!) We will give you a call to set up a time to do so, ideally within 7 days of arrival.
Schedule Alterations.
We recommend working with an incredible seamstress to ensure your gown is fitted precisely to you. We offer in-house alteration appointments or would be more than happy to provide you with a recommendation for a trusted alterations vendor.
Finishing Touches.
Time to accessorize! From veils to headpieces and belts to jewelry, we've got options for beautiful designer pieces available with customizations, as well. (For the record, you'd be surprised how many think they don't want a veil until putting one on!)
Go Get Married!
Your big day is finally here! Celebrate! Laugh! Dance! And rock that dress! After the day, we'd love to see your photos! Feel free to e-mail us your favorite images and photography credit so we can celebrate with you on our social channels!
Preserving Your Gown.
We offer a cleaning and preservation service that will help prevent yellowing and wear to your gown so it may be cherished for years to come! Delivered in a keepsake box, you can re-visit your carefully curated piece of history after the wedding whenever you'd like!

GOOD NEWS: WE MAKE IT EASY!
Appointments are available for booking online or by calling the store. Since we do our best to offer personalized service, we are by appointment only! We’ve designed our boutique to be spacious but intimate, allowing us to take 2 private appointments at a time. In order to ensure the best service and experience for each of our customers, we do charge a $25 appointment fee for all appointments upon booking. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged if the scheduled appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or in the case of a no-show.
Private Appointments
WANT THE WHOLE BOUTIQUE TO YOURSELF?
We know finding your gown can be a special moment for you and your loved ones. If you’re looking to rent the entire space for a private 3-hour appointment, we’ll open our doors EXCLUSIVELY for you with an appointment fee of $350.
Expect pampering and some delightful nibbles, both sweet and savory, along with a $75 credit towards accessories purchased DURING your private appointment.
For the ultimate indulgence, Milk and Honey can arrange limousine service to and from your private appointment.

A No-Stress Environment…
Where we’re simply here to help and guide you through picking the right dress for your special day. Unlike other bridal shops, you won’t be asked to tip at the end. We do not require or accept tips. We’re here to provide a relaxing, no-pressure experience with one-on-one care for all brides!
Private appointments are offered on Sundays from 2-5 pm, and Thursdays from 6-9 pm, based on availability. Private appointments are not available for booking online.
